Appointments Terms & Conditions Effective July 2025 By booking an appointment with The Lifestyle Concierge USA, you agree to the following terms: 1. All Sales Are Final All appointments, consultations, and services are non-refundable. Once booked, your time is reserved and held just for you. There are no refunds, no rollovers, and no exceptions unless explicitly approved by The Lifestyle Concierge USA in writing. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel, don’t show up, or try to reschedule last-minute—your payment is forfeited. Client cancellations are 100% non-refundable. No-shows = No refund. No reschedule. The Lifestyle Concierge USA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or unavailability. 3. Discretionary Service All services provided are at the sole discretion of The Lifestyle Concierge USA. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason—especially if we feel it's not a good fit. 4. Time Is Time Appointments begin and end as scheduled. If you’re late, that time is lost. Please respect both our time and yours. 5. Scope of Service Booking a consultation does not guarantee we will accept your travel request or project. The initial consult is a planning session—any further engagement (including research, quotes, custom itineraries, bookings, or vendor outreach) is subject to availability, alignment, and additional fees. 6. No Guarantees While we strive to provide exceptional experiences, we are not liable for third-party vendors, weather, force majeure events, or issues outside of our control. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, perks, upgrades, or outcomes. 7. Intellectual Property All ideas, recommendations, itineraries, and custom proposals remain the intellectual property of The Lifestyle Concierge USA. They are for personal use only and may not be copied, reused, or forwarded to other travel providers.
